Good morning,

I've 2 questions:

First, I'm wandering about the differences between: the SPS560B60 and the SPS560B64? Are they compatible in the sense that the same code would run the same in both devices? (I'm already aware of FLASH/RAM memory sizes difference, is there any other difference?).

Second, how much compatible a code that was running into the ''Freescale SPS5607B'', would run into the ''ST SPS560B60'' ?

Many Thanks.

Kind Regards.

    Hello ,

the difference is just the flash size.

    1M (for 60) 1.5MB for 64

you can use the same code.

you have to just to check your mapping LQFP100 / LQFP144

the code ''Freescale SPS5607B'' (1.5 MB) is compliant for B60 and B64.

    it is the same device.

        Best regards
