In Gear systems, frequencies can be higher and IIS3DWB recommended for this reason for testing. This is very application specific in the end and ST does not provide these libraries off-the-shelf, although using the MotionSP SW package and FFT analysis you could make first analysis of the sensor data. There are many ST partners who can help to solve specific application needs.
