are there any ST mems engineers that know the LSM303??

Does ST have any mems engineers?....

specifically an expert on the LSM303???

I'm having hardware issues with this part...(it is connected properly, board layout 100%, spi interface working.....not a hobby/hack deal...this is in a real product)....no love from local reps...no love from ST.....is it time to move to AD parts?.....
