In ST , is there any external CAN FD controller with SPI interface?

    STMicroelectronics does not currently have an independent CAN CD controller in its portfolio.

    I think not, and I think none will come.

    CAN is a multi-master bus, and thus does not play well with SPI, a strict master-slave system.

    Even assuming the external CAN controller can work as SPI master.

    Couldn't you just use an STM32H7 or whatever, and implement it yourself?
