I wish to create a bluetooth scatternet.
The network consists of 15 nodes (microcontroller and bluetooth module). 3 piconets (maybe more) with 5 nodes . 1-4 nodes are connected to 5 node, 5-9 nodes are connected to the 10 node, 10-14 nodes are connected to 15 node. 5, 10, 15 nodes dynamic switch between master and slave modes. At one point of time they work in master mode in one piconet , at another point of time they work in slave mode in another piconet. Android phone is connected to 15 node and send command to any node. For example, I want to send a packet to 3-th node. Android phone connecte to the 15-th node and send packet. 15-th node is looking for a 3-th node in his piconet, when does not found, he sends the packet to the 10-th node. 10-th is looking for a 3-th node in his piconet, when does not found, he sends the packet to the 5-th node. Then 5-th node send packet to the 3-th.Questions:
1) Which module supports the scatternet? (Dynamic switching between master and slave) 2) What is the maximum number of piconets possible in the scatternet? 3) What is the transmission rate can be obtained in this topology? #bluetooth-scatternet
