My Global Shutter camera doesn't seem to work

I bought a STEVAL-55G0MBI1, which is the VD55G0 S-Board eval kit.

Trying to output the image to my PC, nothing is coming out.

What could be the issue with my setup?

The cameras work - we've tested them. And PCs are pretty reliable.

That leaves the cable.

YOU NEED A USB C 3.1 CABLE.

Amazon.com has one described as:

USB A to USB C 3.1/3.2 Gen 2 Cable 10Gbps Data Transfer (6inch/0.5FT), Short USB C SSD Cable with 60W QC 3.0 Fast Charging, Spare Cable for Samsung T7, SanDisk Extreme Portable SSD, Crucial X8, WD

for only $7.00

USB 3.2 works too.

The reason is that the older USB C cables are only rated to 480MBits per second. That's too slow for the next generation of cameras. USB 3.1 is 5Mbits and 3.2 is 10Mbits
