Does st has any support for user accounts problems? I have not find anything in the web page. There is no email or any kind of messaging service. I have created a ticket a week ago, but no response there either. It looks like the company went out of business :-/. Was anyone able to get a support from ST and how?

What sort of problem? You have some options available:

 

If it's a forum account issue, you can also private message @Lina_DABASINSKAITE .

 

It does not look like ST went out of business. That's ridiculous.

Hi, I did not want to lose history completely, but eventually I risked the "reset password" after "forget password" option. I used the same password as before and I can log in now. It looks like some problem in your user database then, since nothing on my side has changed.

Hi, I can use my original login now, so I want to delete this one. I don't see any "delete" button in the profile. Let me know where is it or simply delete this account.

By the way, there is another bug in your system. When I log out and enter different credential to log in it still show that I am logged to the previous one. It works for multiple users at Microsoft or Google so technically it should work here too.
