Hello,
Is it possible to add the download links for the old versions of all your software's and resources, like it's the case on the web page of STM32CubeIDE ?
In my case, I search to download the versions v1.4.1 and v.1.4.2 of MEMS-Studio for documenting my project. I asked to your support for this in the case 00239175 "How do I get an old version of MEMS-Studio ?", but your employee didn't find this.
I think it is important to be able to get the older version of your resources for work on old projects and documenting the bugs and errors encountered. In my case, it's MEMS-Studio, but, in my feedback, I ask this for other of your resources which hasn't the same same system of the web page of STM32CubeIDE.
Thanks for your time in the reading of my post.
Best regards,
lxaiia

Hi @lxaiia ,
Sorry for the late reply.
The reason why older versions are not shared is because MEMS Studio is an evaluation tool to test device functionality before customers purchase samples for their final products. This tool is closely linked to supported board firmware versions, so it should always be aligned with the latest firmware to avoid unexpected behaviors.
We do have the complete history of all versions released and we can send you the version you requested on an exceptional basis, but for future requests, we suggest you open a ticket to the online support system, which will evaluate your request and share the tool version if appropriate.

Doesn't STM32 Cube allow for different downloads? It does of other libraries. Check what's in your local repo(s), and archive.
Main page only shows "Get Latest", which I'd agree is less than helpful

Yes it does:
But MEMS Studio does not - 'Get latest' is the only option::

Thanks Tesla DeLorean for the crosslinking of the related posts. I forgot to do this in my first post.
When you tell me to check the content of my local repo(s) and archive, do you speak of the downloaded archive of MEMS-Studio on the related page (https://www.st.com/en/development-tools/mems-studio.html?dl=redirect) ? If it's that, there is not other version in the archive than the latest version :
I recovery the v1.4.1 MEMS-Studio's installer from my SSD backup, but, for the v1.4.2, it is may still be on my older SDD which is defective and not easily recoverable.

This post is informative on ST's view:

When I asked to the ST's support, the employee of the support couldn't find older versions of MEMS-Studio. Maybe he doesn't have access to the ST's software versions repository, but I think that ST must surely keep the older versions somewhere for the tracing of the bugs.
Is there a ST's employee who can enlight us on the question ?

I was thinking more about internally, via Check for Updates, but this doesn't seem to list MEMS Studio as a related/adjacent package. There's a Cube MEMS library, but that's apparently something else.
Hopefully others have downloaded the MEMS Studio, and can mirror it, if ST fails too.

Hi ,
Thanks for your answer.
Like I mention in my first post, I alread ask to your online support for this in my ticket 00239175. Unfortunately, your colleague couldn't find the older versions of MEMS-Studio for me, but I will try to contact again the person with a mention of this posts.
Thanks for your help.
