That's just the 2 I've seen ...

A complex system that works is invariably found to have evolved from a simple system that worked.
A complex system designed from scratch never works and cannot be patched up to make it work.

Still broken today.

eg, here @Imen.D asked @yuichiro to attach an ioc file - and it's stuck:

Thank you, @Andrew Neil, I added to the ongoing investigation. In the meantime, we are looking for a safe alternative for file exchange.

I will keep you all postend on this.

Apologies for the inconvenience.

Dear @Andrew Neil and @Issamos,

The root cause of the issue has been identified, and the team is deploying a fix within the next few hours. Once completed, all stuck attachments will process normally, restoring access.

File attachments can still be uploaded and will process successfully. We apologize for the delays and their impact on the discussions.

I will confirm completion of the fix in a separate update.

Thank you,
Lina

Indeed @Andrew Neil, the solution did not work out yesterday as expected and is back with the troubleshooting team. I am very sorry it takes so long. I hope the next attempt will be successful.
