Replace traditional segment displays with modern graphical display solutions thanks to the NUCLEO-C071RB
The STM32C0 Nucleo board, NUCLEO-C071RB, helps you achieve modern display capabilities, particularly ideal for STM32 entry-level graphics. By replacing traditional segment displays with modern graphic display solutions, it offers a smartphone-inspired user experience.
This upgrade is cost-effective, ensuring a minimal increase in the bill of materials (BOM) cost. TouchGFX, a free GUI tool, simplifies development by offering all the necessary resources to create cutting-edge graphical user interfaces (GUIs).
The ST solution features the X-NUCLEO-GFX01M2, which comes with a 2.2” SPI QVGA display boasting a resolution of 320 x 240. Additionally, Riverdi, an ST partner and TouchGFX expert, provides a solution which features an extension display, the RVA15AD-NUCLEO64A, a 1.54” SPI IPS display with a resolution of 240 x 240. This is also compatible with the Nucleo-64 board.
This is fully supported in TouchGFX, a free, comprehensive, and accessible tool for modern display development and cutting-edge GUI creation.
The STM32C071 MCUs are in production now, priced from $ 0.53 in the TSSOP-20 package and $0.73 in LQFP64 for orders of 1000 units.
