why STM32 cube programmer show Error: --reserved -- when loading coprocessor binary stm32wb5x_FUS_fw.bin with start address 0x080EC000?

Not sure that can help.

You can try to read back FUS state and version with CubeProgrammer connected using USB (not ST-Link) with BOOT0=1.

By experience, It seems CubeProgrammer cannot read back FUS state using SWD.
