Unable to download STM32CubeProgrammer

I have been trying to download the STM32CubeProgrammer for several hours without success.  It looks like this is a common problem.  Could you please look into this?

Sorry, but there’s not much more to it than that.  I click on the “download” button and there is a blue circle that just keeps going ‘round and ‘round.  I’m using a Windows 11 laptop and the duckduckgo browser.
