Error: failed to generate license for the current STM32 device

Hi,

We are running the STM32 programmer in parallel via Test Stand, the programmer 1 is working fine, but the programmer 2 gives us an error message: “Error: failed to generate license for the current STM32 device”.  

As the original setup, both programmers were running without any issue, the error just appeared in the last couple, which caused the FW programming step failed.  We tried to reseat the cable that connect to the programmer, reseat USB connect to the card reader.  Can’t solve the problem.
