Wrong default initialization of the LED GPIOs for dev kit STM32F769I-DISC0

For STM32F769I-DISC0 board, STM32CubeMX by default is setting pins PJ5 and PJ13 (User LED pins) as input GPIO.

There is a need to change it manually to output mode, otherwise it is not usable.
