Upgrade fails from 6.1.2 to 6.2.1 on win 10.

Error message: Updater cannot rename Software folder....

There is no other process locking it (procmon has no LockFile on Software).

It seems there's an problem occurred during your upgrade, could you please try to install the latest CubeMX version from site?

It is only the upgrade method from the CubeMX that fails. If I inititiate the install manually it was fine.
