I could download H745 libraries a couple of days ago. The Cube also offers updated STM32F1 libraries . So try again. or reinstalling the Cube?

Try again at some other time. Servers and the network path to them may fail temporary.

I have tried now each of the past four days (7/20-7/23) and it hasn't been successful any of the tries. Thoughts?
