Unable to use package creator MX

I want to import cellular software expansion by package creator. However, it shows that JAVA FX is missing in the run time environment. Even, I have re-installed STM32 MX again. Any solution to solve this issue?

Can you please tell me how you are launching the PackCreator , Do you launch it via CubeMX as in screenshot below?
