Unable to select the external crystal for RTC in CUBEMX

I try to enable the External crystal for RTC in STMCUBEMX but I am unable to select the external crystal in STMCUBEMX .

Kindly anyone help me to solve to solve this issues.

Hi @Sprak.1​ ,

You can choose Under RCC Mode /config in CubeMX the nature/mode (Crystal or Bypass for HSE-LSE..) that you want to use.

I am already select that as crystal, if I am not selecting that the value of the external crystal will not highlighted it will be in faded.

in that image also you look the main external crystal we can able to switch the internal or external mode the options are enabled but in RTC the options are not enabled.

Have you enabled the LSE? You can find it in the System Core --> RCC configuration section.

To select the RTC clock source, one has to... (guess it) enable the RTC!
