At some point, the project stopped building (the screen with the error is above). I updated CubeMX to the latest version, but that didn't solve the situation.

How can I fix the problem?

I tested with STM32CubeMx 6.1.0 and with STM32Cube FW_F1 v1.8.3 and it's working fine.

Please try to generate with this configuration.

Although the project for CubeIDE is built, but need for Keil.

Which version of java you are using ? STM32CubeMX support till version 11.

Could you share you .log file (you can find it in the project directory).
