STMCubeMX 5.1.0 Bug Report: Project loading does not load timer configuration correctly.

Bug Report STMCubeMX 5.1.0

The tool does not load the timer configuration correctly when channel 4 is "Input Capture direct mode" and channel 3 is "Input Capture indirect mode".

After loading a configuration with these settings channel 3 is set to "Disable". Happens for timer 2 and timer 3.

Attached are a ioc file and a screenshot from the timer configuration.

Workaround:

Does not happen when Pin Stacking is disabled.

I had the timer and GPIO inputs enabled for the same pin.
