STM32CubeMX, how can I manually assign pins?

When I enable a peripheral like LTDC - the pins automatically get assigned. I would prefer to assign them manually so that I can have all related signals come out from a single side of the LQFP. How can I do this? Or is this not advised?

You can start from automatic assignment. Then, to re-allocate any assigned pin, ctrl-click on it. Alternative pins for the clicked one will blink.

Find a replacement pin and select its function. Repeat until all desired pins are moved.

Thanks. It worked - although it doesn't let me assign the pins as liberally as I'd hoped.
