STM32CubeMX 5.1.0 Can't open Docs & Resources.

When I opened my projects, The menu "Docs & Resources" is gray, and can't be clicked. I tried "Refresh Data", it didn't help. What should I do? Thank you.

I have this problem in 5.2.1 as well, so far I've failed to find a chip it works with. If I'm in the chip/board selection process then the link there seems to work but once a project has been opened that link Jeason mentions from the help menu is grey and not clickable.

Current project is STM32F373 based, previous one STM32L452. First project was started via chip selection the 2nd via selecting the appropriate Nucleo board. Worked fine before I upgraded to the this version.

In case Jeason doesn't send you one here's mine. What I noticed is when I create a new project the Docs and Resources is available. When I close STM32CubeMX and reopen it with this ioc file the Docs and Resources option is no longer clickable.
