I can't access the .ioc file right now, but I'm using a NUCLEO-H743ZI2​ and the issue happens when setting I2S3 to Full-Duplex Slave mode.

Thank you for specifying the part number used which helped me to reproduce the issue, it's linked to some PN and not to all H7 serie.

In fact, this problem is due to the presence of the Transmission mode parameter in the configuration part, so that the mode value will be taken directly from there.

Issue will be fixed, thanks again for raising such a problem to our attention and for your contribution.
