Project based on STM32H7B3I-DK, I need the SDRAM is42s16800f files, which should be found in USERS/.../BSP/Components folder. ( is42s16800j and is42s16800g are there). Please advise.

Make One

Pull the datasheets, and perhaps diff the available files, and understand what the actual critical differences are.

Perhaps double check what's actually placed on the board.
