Problem with STM32CubeMX .pack installation : "installation directory may be write locked"

I have a problem trying to install an embedded software pack with STM32CubeMX. I follow the following steps:

Help→ Manage embedded software packages

→ STMicroelectronics tab → From Local…

→ Open file_name.pack

I tried to run the program as Admin but it does not solve the problem.

Does anyone know how to solve this? I need it for the "Implementing Neural Networks on STM32 MCUs hands-on workshop," of November 14th.
