Need help downloading STM32Cube_FW_F7_V1.15.0

I am not being able to download STM32Cube_FW_F7_V1.15.0 what so ever

from CubeMx it shows (HTTP access forbidden) error

and when downloading it from browser .. The download always stops at 90% .. trie multiple PCs different times different connections .. all with the same result ..

Please somebody share a different link to the package
