It is strongly recommended that ST specifically generate a Callback.c file when Cubemx generates the Keil project, and all the callback functions that actually need to be used can be put into the Callback.c file.

STM32CubeMX allows the configuration of STM32 microcontrollers and microprocessors, as well as the generation of the corresponding initialization code. The callback functions are not always needed but when they are, the user can add them manually in main.c file.
