Is there a way to create new project from existing ioc file in new version of cubeIDE or cubeMX?

i am using cube mx version 6.18.0
and cube ide v2.2.0

my question is is there a  way to create a new project from an already existing ioc file
i don’t want to do all the ioc setting all over again, it will take like hours to do all the settings.

Open the IOC in STM32CubeMX.

Use File → Save Project As to save it to a new location.
