Is it possible to use an older HAL-Library in STM32CubeIDE (STM32CubeMX)?

Hello,

I use my own large CAN library, which uses an older HAL library. In the newer HAL Library the CAN APIs have changed fundamentally and I can not use these.

So I have to create projects with an older HAL library.

However, this does not work anymore with the integrated CubeMX version in CubeIDE.

Can someone give me a hint how I can use an older HAL-Library in CubeIDE?
