Is it possible that wrong CubeMX setting make no SPI clock to show.

Is it possible that some Cube settings is so wrong that there is no SPI2 clock. Uart and ADC seem to work. I have checked my solderings but I have soldered the board my self. PCB is OK.

I have tried every SPI2 setting except The advanced settings, there I tried to stop all extra transfers.

MOSI and MISO worked in a local loop (tied together).
