Question

I'm working in the B-L462E-CELL1.I'm trying to communicate with the modem via Uart.GPIO TX and RX pins have the label"MDM"which I assume mean MODEM.Before sending the command"AT"I power up the the modem by level up the pin"MDM_PWR_EN_OUT.It doesnt re
