I am getting a few Exclamation mark by items now that I am finished configuring, all my pins are green. Most of items I am using have a check mark by them, my UART1 has a Exclamation mark and say "Partly disabled conflict with I2C3 I2C I2C"

Well, there is a dependency between some IPs , as you said "Partly disabled" => not all IP , only some modes.
