How to run NUCLEO-H743ZI2 at 480MAX Mhz which is mentioned in the datasheet ?

I have bought NUCLEO-H743ZI2 board. and I have put 480mhz in the box from stm32cubemxide. but when i tried to print hello world from huart3 it is not printing anything.

and when i run it into default at 64 it prints perfectly. so how can i use max capability of this board and run it to 480mhz

I am using stm32cubemx ide latest version.
