How to mark or lock a pin (to be not available for STM32CubeMx)

Is it possible to lock or mark some pins as not available for STM32CubeMx ?

(If not please see this thread as a feature request :smiling_face_with_smiling_eyes: )

The use case would be a software package which is configuring these pins on its own.
