For the moment it's not possible to configure the RAMECC throught CubeMX, but you can follow this example on github : https://github.com/STMicroelectronics/STM32CubeH7/tree/master/Projects/NUCLEO-H745ZI-Q/Examples/RAMECC/RAMECC_ErrorCount
