Go into the timer and set the channel to Disabled. Or click the pin and set it to Reset_State.

Thanks for your answer. Channel 1 does not give a "Disable" option. The other channels do.

What pin is Timer 3 Channel 1on? I did not assign it a pin.

The "Reset Configuration" resets the configuration info but the channel 1 setting
