How I could get regulated output power voltage from 0 to 2.5 V by PWM of STM32CubeMX controller?

I try to get by PWM ( and with DC->DC converter)  regulated output voltage from 0.0 to 2.5 volts ( not currently minimal voltage 0.9 V )?

What did you do so far and what's exactly the problem?

Post schematics and waveforms observed using oscilloscope on relevant nodes of the circuit.

I'm sorry but I suppose these schematics and waveforms observed using oscilloscope are confidential information of the company where I've started work 2 weeks ago, and also my team leader/manager presented an applicable solution for the problem mentioned above. Good luck!
