Hi, This is the first time I use STMP32CubMx for MPU pin configuration, is there any guide for that? Thanks

Please confirm that by MPU you mean STM32MP15x chip familly.

Could you elaborate a bit more what you are looking for ?

Did you already have a look to CubeMX User Guide ?
