Hi I am concerned about the following microcontroller : STM32H753XIH6TR When using cube Mx to configure the timers on pin PA1_C the options specified in the data sheet are not avaliable. How do I access these functions?

When opening your file, I got a bizarre message wanting me to migrate to the latest version, even though the name was the same.

0693W00000D2BlsQAF.pngAnyhow, I did so and was able to select all the functions shown in my post.

I suggest trying to download the newest H7 package and migrating to that. (Help -> Manage embedded...)
