FMC Wait signal enable

Hi 
I am using the stm32h743 device 
I would like to enable the FMC wait signal in the CubeMx
but this option is not available even when changed the FMC memory type to PSRAM.
also changed the extended Mode to enable.
But the wait signal option is not available. 
I do not want to change it by force in code of main.c file

Using STM32CubeMX6.18.1 , I was able to activate the wait signal as shown below :
