CubeMx does not generate USART1 Init

The CubeMx project does not generate the Usart Init in main .c file. I can add manually but just verifying if any problem with my CubeMx software. Request to please verify. I mean it is not called from the main.c file.

You should uncheck the “Do not generate function call” under advanced settings in Project manager:
