CUBEMX BUTON ADC INACTIVE FOR STM32F205

Hello, i validated IN0 and IN1 for ADC1 and ADC2 in CubeMX Pinout tab; in configuration tab, the button ADC and ADC2 are inactive : i can't configure the ADC

Any idea to solve this ?
