This machine has had multiple usage of CubeMX, and the Windows clock goes back to 1601 if I'm not mistaken.

Even if you think Software QA is pffft, people should at least have enough pride to check in code that has semblance of functionality. It is not as if we even have a range check that says something humorous like "fscking ages ago..", although that might get C-levels angry enough to fire those responsible.

I had the same experience on an installation that absolutely has checked for updates within the past month, but which doesn't always have an internet connection. Who knows what crap logic they have in there for this display.

Windows, yes - but in Java world it seems to keep the Unix time style.
