Why Flash to the target after press RESET button then code will run?

Hai:

I am using STMcube IDE 1.13.2 and TouchGFX 4.22.1 in my project. Once flash the program to the traget, If i given play but program not run. Once i press the RESET button or Power ON and OFF then it will work.

This happend only in 1.13.2 IDE version. 

What i do for this issuse? Kindly help me for this issuse.

Debug it, see where execution is at. The cpu is likely doing something.

You can attach the debugger without flashing/resetting if you modify the debug configuration.
