Is this for version 1.0.0 or 1.0.1?

Do you use a proxy? If so make sure you have input the correct settings, reload might help to validate them.

You can try to clear your p2 cache by deleting this following folder. After you've doen that you can go to Help > Check for updates:

INSTALL_LOCATION\STM32CubeIDE\p2\org.eclipse.equinox.p2.repository\cache

I'm seeing this too on CubeIDE 1.0.0

My home install was done later and that has just updated successfully. I guess I need to reinstall over the 1.0.0 with a new download?

How did you solve this problem?

In this tread I see 3 recommendations:

  1. change proxy settings
  2. clear cache
  3. download and install from site

Which one did you use?

I can confirm, 1.0.2 appears to access the update dialogue correctly.
