Unable to Import Atollic True Studio Project to STM32CubeIDE

Hello, 

 

I am trying to import a project from Atollic into STM32CubeIDE. I follow the instructions in UM2578 but when I click the "Finish" button nothing happens. No confirmation box appears and no new files are generated in the project folder. Any ideas of what may be causing this?

Could you, please, provide which OS and the firmware used for this project .

I am using Windows 10. I am not sure if I can provide the firmware as its proprietary. 

 

I was able to kind of do an import, but the project was in a different location than the selected workspace.

So to kind of clarify what I am seeing, I am able to open a project if its not in my selected workspace. 

My workspace is set to C:\Users\xxx\Documents\STM Workspace 

If I place my Atollic project files in a different directory and open the project file, it apparently does the import. 

I tried to move the files after it did an import into my workspace, but I cannot open any projects that are in  C:\Users\xxx\Documents\STM Workspace

Choose another directory name, without spaces. Proven recipe for trouble.
