Unable to build and generate executable file for X-CUBE-AZURE software package with P-L496G-CELL02.

As X-CUBE-CELLULAR software package is supported in 3 IDE's EWARMI, MDK ARM and SW4STM32. I have tried to build X-CUBE-AZURE software package with Keil IDE with compiler versions 5.01, 5.06 (build 750), 5.06 (build 960). Also tried to migrate the SW4STM32 project with STM32CUBE IDE getting an error message "Nothing to build".

Can anyone help me to build X-CUBE-AZURE software pack with STM32CUBE IDE or Keil IDE.
