The Cortex-M7 debug and trace/debug subsystem registers do not appear in the SFRs.

I need to view all Cortex-M7 debug and trace/debug subsystem registers during debugging—similar to how peripherals like DAV, RCC, and GPIO are displayed—but they do not appear in the SFRs list; specifically, I need to view the ITM, ETM, WDT, and SWO registers.
