Question
STM32F103RCT6 No st-link detected please connect and restart debug
I have bought one board MKS Robin E3 v1.1 which has STM32F103RCT6 i am trying to upload code with mini usb that is in build in board i am gatting COM port but when i try to upload it i am gatting error "no st-link detected please connect st=link and restart debug" i have change my cable but same problem ,i am new and this is my first project can anyone help me
