STM32CubeIDE Windows Installer is not downloading

I have been trying to download STM32CubeIDE for Windows, but the download never starts. Someone can help me with this issue?

so what is the solution?! why is the solution a secret!? this is the first time I am about to use your product and so far I used 3(!) computers, two different WiFi points. 4(!) different browsers. I made an account. I tried older versions. why the F is this not working, and I am clearly not the only person with this issue, the internet is full of frustration! FIX THIS st.com!!!!

I been trying to download for 2 days. same problem. Im just looking to my new board in my hands

same issue for mac. the internet tells me it is impossible to download it. my question is WHY?!
